The Home Staging Advisor will come in and help you rearrange the furniture and decor items you already have to help create an environment that helps sell your home. Most of the time you will only need the one hour and a little elbow grease from you. There will be no major redecorating and no furniture moved in. The advisor will simply help you use what you already have to creat a model home look to your house.

The sellers home warranty will cover your house for the entire time you are listed with me. If the water heater fails during the listing period, you are covered. If the dishwasher breaks, you are covered. If the air conditioner goes out, you are covered. I want you to be able to concentrate on your next home, not fixing the one you are trying to sell.
